Balance and Moments....

finding balance and living more of my own moments! I know, I know, what you're thinking....let me know when you find "IT", Right? The balance part, aren't we all trying to find it. Excuse me while I get all personal for a moment;)

It's November 2nd and I sit here wondering where in hell October went? I mean it's my favorite month and I never got to just enjoy the beauty of Fall. I lived it through my lens, but I never pulled the camera away long enough to take a walk or just be!

This is where balance comes in. I scheduled myself so tight, trying to fit everyone in that I never stopped to just soak it all in. {this was taken at a recent shoot}

You see I often wonder what moments I'm missing out on, by being to busy capturing everyone else's moments? This is where it gets complicated. I want to be the best at everything!! No really, the other night I woke up from a dead sleep beacuse I dreamed I had made 5 cobblers and none of them turned out. This is serious folks! I woke up and thought I had lost my touch. CRAZY!! Put in me a game of poker.....I could careless about winning. Throwing a party or entertaing an evening of friends....Game on!! My mom always told if you going to do something "Do it right or don't do it at all!" I guess I listened:)I drive myself crazy trying to be the best at everything I do.

So my goal from here on out is to find balance. Being the best mom I can be, being here for Sam and still continue to "Rock It Out" for my wonderful clients!

In between 2 shoots this weekend I did get over to my mama's to vist for a bit and take the kids trick or treating. So for the afternoon I had soo much fun....just being!
